For initial contributions, it really does seem that it doesn't matter at all what you write in your contribution notes. I've seen people enter a just pun, or just a single word (like "New!"), and that's enough to get it approved. For those initial contributions, there seems to be no need at all anymore to mention where the cast/crew came from. | I can only assume these are automatically being approved by bots. I can't imagine how a human Invelos screener would actually make this mistake - especially as this isn't the first time I'm seeing this. And besides those, most IMDb-scraped data actually gets in the database while claiming it all came "from the credits" when it clearly didn't.
