Halo Bill no it doesn't work everything stays the same but is that normal every time you press the ctrl key and refresh online list key you have the 1 to 10 download again because it takes a long time every time hey thanks Quoting Sidrat: Quote:
Have you tried a Database repair? Tools>Options>Utilities>Repair Profile Database. This happened to me a couple of days ago. I repaired the database & did the download my profile list together with Ctrl and it worked fine.
