Yeah I don't know what happened, there was just one database and it was empty. I'll make a proper back-up now though.

No, it was just empty after I opened it after a few weeks since last activity. My collection is still online, but I don't know how to restore it into the desktop database. The "restore collection" option only supports .dpb files. The one you download from Invelos online is a .dod file.

Your database shouldn't have just disappeared. Have you checked to see that it's not available as another database... maybe a new database was created and it's set as the default?

This did the trick, thanks! I was scared to even use the sync button, I'd forgotten that there was an option to upload or download.

The onlinelist.dod id not your collection, it is a list of profiles available online. If you do not have a (recent) backup of your database, the only option is to download it with Sync

Just be sure to click the download option.

Once you have done that - BACKUP frequently

Anyone else just lost their collection? My DVD Profiler desktop app is just empty. Online collection still exists.
Downloading the onlinelist.dod file doesn't help.
Any tips? Support service is unresponsive.
I'm scared if I try to sync I'll just upload the empy database and delete the online one as well.
