Hello , I paid for the mobile version on Friday (Jan 11th) through PayPal, got a confirmation from PayPal, then waited for my Invelos email.  I'm still waiting.  I emailed support with my transaction ID but haven't heard back from them.  Is anyone else experiencing registration delay problems?  The only email I ever got was the one from PayPal also.  Normally these things take seconds and not days to get a serial number for a product after submitting payment.  What's Up!?

I have heard in the past that even though Paypal will respond to you immediately, they take a few days to actually pass on the information to Invelos.
I would say give it a couple more days, then if there's still no key, use the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page to contact Invelos directly.

It depends on how you pay PayPal. Using an E-Check will take a few days for the 'check' to clear while paying with your PayPal funds or even a credit card is usually instantly processed.

Either way, seeing as how it was a Friday I wouldn't worry about it for a day or so. If something was required from Invelos' end (assuming it's not all automatic) they may have not been working this weekend.

I agree with northbloke on giving it a bit more time then contacting Ken directly.

I see the Invelos eye logo next to your avatar so Invelos has gotten the info.

If you haven't gotten your email yet, try clicking the Registration link at the top of the page to get it.

Thanks for the replies guys.  I'll give it a few more days then.  I paid directly through my bank account so that shouldn't be holding things up any.  If they are not in on the weekends then that might be the reason.  It just seems a bit strange because I remember getting the DVDP2.5 key instantly.  Ken made the 3.0 key conversion so easy too.  I just think I should have had it by now.  I'm going to a big DVD sale and wanted to bring along the list on my AT&T Tilt.  The demo works great on it by the way.  Anyways, thanks for the help guys.

Isn't paying directly from bank account the same as eCheck? It takes a few business days for the money to transfer from the bank account to the Paypal account.

I get differing info on this... when I pay direct from bank through PayPal I've often received feedback about how quickly the payment cleared and, in the case of DVDP, I got my key within about 15 minutes! However I've been informed by other people who have received such payments from a third party that this method is the one that takes longest to clear... I really can't explain it, except maybe it depends on the bank!

It's something to do with how long your bank account has been configured and probably how many transactions have cleared.

When I first started with paypal, transfers from my bank account took 3-5 business days to clear.  Now it's instantaneous.

Yes, it clears my bank and PayPal instantly since I've had (and used) the account for years, have their credit card, am a business member, have a bank account and address verified on the account.  There are a lot of things that make one persons payment over another's faster then the next guys.  The problem is not the payment.  Invelos got their money.  I'm just still here waiting for a key to the Mobile Profiler.  I still haven't received any communication back for any of the 2 emails and 2 support form submittals.  Other people I have asked about this tell me that they got their key within minutes so i think there was a breakdown in the registration automation.  Since no one has written me back or responded with a "Were sorry your having trouble/We will look into it and get you your key ASAP", I can only assume everyone' is on vacation....everyone.

there are only two people (who are married) so yes, it's possible both are away at the same time. I know its frustrating (and no help if we tell you it normally goes smoothly).

But Ken/Gerri are very quick off the ball and I can only think that PayPal have screwed up somewhere and the money hasn't reached Invelos yet. We have seen problems before and on every occasion the delay was caused because the money had not reached invelos.

Hopefully by the end of tomorrow (3-4 working days) you should have your account updated.

You can also PM Ken

or

PM Gerri

I can agree 100% that lack of communication is frustrating. Hang in there.

Thanks again guys.  I think I'll wait another day or two before PM anyone.  I don't want to abuse the privilege and really want to reserve that for when i "Really" need his help.  I have to say, I like the way I'm treated by you all.  it's so hard to take someones text the way the poster may have meant it.  I'm glad to see that I was given the benefit of the doubt and allowed to vent a tad without being flamed or ridiculed for it.  I appreciate the plain talk and friendly suggestions.

It finally worked. Fine
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
