I'd say don't be more catholic than the pope and go with the english language which puts punctuation marks directly after the last word.

If you don't like the answer, why'd you ask in the first place?

Anyway this thread is bound to go down like Mean Girls..

OK, let me rephrase that: If - in your opinion - there never really was a question with an ambiguous answer, what was the purpose of this thread and poll?

I'm sorry if I was blunt, but I just didn't understand what you tried to accomplish. If you were convinced that there should be a space why didn't you just contribute it that way?

Apparently I wasn't quick enough to see what user "??" posted - it's all gone now...    As for the matter at hand, that's an interesting question.

While the presence or lack of a space preceding the questionmark may seem like a minor change, it actually is not. Currently, one profile for this film has the original title listed with that space, while all other profiles use 'Who's Harry Crumb?' without the space. This results in the CLT doubling the numbers for each of the cast and crew members involved in this picture. Each of them is now counted twice for their credit in this film, instead of just once, thereby affecting the CLT balance for all these people, possibly even (incorrectly) shifting an occasional common name balance. That's why it's important to get these things right - accross the board.

Having said that, this isn't the first time people disagree on whether they see a space or not - it's just not always obvious. The fonts, spacing, placing and other gimmicks often used in the film credits can complicate matters. The good news here is that, even though the actual film credits may lead different users to different outcomes, there's still the credits block on the back cover stating the title. In this case, the title in the credits block is spelled unmistakebly without a space. So even if we're unsure about what we're seeing in the film credits, we've got the credits block showing that the filmmakers really didn't intend a space. Hence my vote for 'Who's Harry Crumb?'.

I agree with Ninehours, there is undoubtly a space before "?"

I also agree with DJ Doena, it is so obvious that it was really not necessary to make a poll.

The title, as on screen, is undoubtly "Who's Harry Crumb ?", even it is against English spelling. For my local, I would put correct spelling, as I prefer Taxi 4 to T4XI.

Am I the only one who doesn't see a screenshot?

Wouldn't it be good to see on what I vote?
