| | Posted: | | | | I'm not sure if I have a problem or not. I was given a new registration key via the web site but when I try and upload my collection it says "The online system generated an unrecognized error. Please try later."
I've tried quite a few times but get the same error.
I can log into "My profiler" on the Invelos website using my username and password, but if I try the alternative method with the registration key, it says that it's invalid. |

Of course it's a v2 key - but I see no option to upgrade to an v3 key.
Is that a FIREFOX issue? Profiler 3 won't accept this key and I have no way to upgrade ...
Please advice !

Are you using Firefox? Firefox by default will block access to the clipboard.

I stumbled on this topic reading the forum in search for my registration problem.
We'll i never had version 2 of the profiler program so key update is not the issue, but i also tried to log on with my first Name and Last name en registration key. end did not accept it.
