Next time, keep the attitude of the screen. I am glad you were able to solve your problem, but the attitude you have displayed now in two posts is unacceptable.

Thanks for all your help whispering (and all others)

I sincerely apologise for my attitude on this forum today - it was uncalled for. I was having a very bad day and my frustration came out.

Once again thanks. I have managed to extract and now have Version 3.1 set up and it is working perfectly.

Cheers

Thank you for apologising. It's good to see some people can accept they made a mistake and own up to it.

One thing though although you have paid for your registration it's not showing the registered symbol against your user name on the left. I don't know if this means it will cause any issues for you when/if you upload your collection, but let us know if you're having difficulty getting it to show.

I can almost sympathize with this persons anger.
I happily (without problems) used the earlier version of dvd pro - then it became obsolete.
I registered (30 bucks) for the latest and have not been able to use either since. I just cannot establish an Internet connection. I have tried for days now.
I dial-up on AOL.
The online setup used to provide an option for dial-up but no longer. I have tried everything suggested (fire wall  - allow sites, etc.). The problem is that I know very little about computers and barely even understand the the help people try to provide. All I want is to continue with my collection without having to have a degree in computer science.
I am very frustrated. How does one contact invelos, by phone, for some step by step tech support that some of use (me) need?
I have no other connectivity problems.

As you're a paid-up user you can click on "Support" above and "Open a new technical support ticket" (at the bottom). Or you can PM Ken Cole (the programmer) by clicking here.
