Go to the top of this page and click on Registration, then click on your Registration Key. Then start DVD Profiler and go to Tools -> Registration. Enter your Registration Name and paste your registration key. Then come back here and login. If your have the Invelos Icon next to your name you have registered successfully and will be able to upload. | | | Last edited: by Telecine |

| Posted: | | | | If you bought your key already you don't have to buy a new one. Please check within DVDPro in the menu "Tools - > License information" and check the data, because obviously something went wrong and your registration data got overwritten either in the program or on the Invelos homepage. You don't have to be angry at me. I'm just another user trying to help you | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

So please check the solutions showed up by Telecine and me. If it works we will see it, if not come up again and we'll try to find another way. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Send a Private Message to Ken Cole (one of the owners of Invelos). He will be able to sort out your account problem. Ken can be PM'd from this page. |

If you have the original E-Mail containing your registration information from Invelos, try using the information provided in that to activate your account. If that doesn't work, PM Ken Cole. |

Strange thing is that i always log in with this account and i did upload my collection. Well its 5 months ago but i dont think that would be a problem.
only ting is in the reginfo in the profiler program reads
first name: my real name last name: did not enter a last name key: that number so not my username on this site in combination with the key
Or something has been changed with the site or software in the meantime. | | | Last edited: by Jack_Bauer |

| Posted: | | | | Does your name contain any accents? I've heard this can cause problems with registration. Also check that there's no spaces at the end of your name in the registration fields, as a space there can also stop it from registering properly.
Edit: something else I've just thought of - the name fields of the registration page are case sensitive, so make sure it's exactly how it reads on the email. Jack and JACK will not match! | | | Last edited: by northbloke |

Get a new registration key Update a DVD Profiler 2.x or earlier key but my key is for versions 3.x so that won't work Well I wait for a PM replie from Ken. See what he comes up with. I think this was meant as an example and means "Write your username exactly as it is written in the confirmation E-Mail" | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! Can I ask - when you run the program and type in your registration information and click OK, what happens? |

Can I ask - when you run the program and type in your registration information and click OK, what happens? no errors i tried first with a fake number, off course it didn't accept the number. When i copy/pasted the number from my e-mail again the info box just disapeared after entering. | | | Last edited: by Jack_Bauer |

| Posted: | | | | OK, it sounds like the program is registered fine, it's just getting it to match up with your username. Could you try this please? Sign Out Click Sign In, but don't use your username to sign in. Instead, click on the "Click Here" inside the Have a Registration Key? box and try signing in with your registration details instead. If it lets you sign in it should take you to a screen where it lets you choose a username and password. What username is filled in? If it's blank, try filling in your Jack_Bauer details, hopefully it'll let you use them. Let me know if any of this helps. |

| Posted: | | | | I already tried that it didn't work.
I just made a test collection with 2 entries and that uploaded succesfully to rule out internet connection problems en account problems. So the only problem is probably the registrationkey mismatch here on the site mentioned earlier. |
