In addition to that, although we can only cast one vote, it is possible for the screeners to decline the info part of the contribution but accept the cover scan (& vice versa). This may not have been the case here but it is possible. It sounds like the notes were fine for the cover so it may be that the screener still felt that the existing scan was better even if it was for a different release, only they'll know for certain. |
