As Ken said long ago... Genre is very subjective. And we have the right to vote and contribute as we see it. When contributing genres to expect both yes and no votes because of how subjective it is. He even made a point of the fact that no votes are not an abuse of voting... as that was the issue at the time.

Absolutely

In fact I rarely even contribute Genre since it is so subjective.  It usually has to be definitely off or not there for me contribute it.

For now, it's closest to a TV series, although it shouldn't get TV ratings.
We really need a new option, either "WebTV", "Online Program", "eTV" or simply "Other". This won't be the last one like it.

How can it be Television if it didn't originally air on Television?

I see your point.  At the same time, it DID originally air on TV (in my house at any rate).  Sure, that TV came from Netflix rather than our cable provider.  But still, the only way to view it was on the TV in my living room (as opposed to being able to see it on the big screen).  Netflix considers them TV series.  Sounds like the Academy considers it TV. And what would season 4 of Arrested Development be if not TV?

With that said, I have absolutely no problem with a new genre or whatever.  But if Ken swoops in to say "It should be TV", then I would accept that as a reasonable thing to do and happily move on.

I can believe this, don't you people have any better to do, like how many angles can dance on the head of a pin?
We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own.

Do they have to be right angles?

I guess it's considered "web television".

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences thought it qualified as television enough to give it 9 Emmy nominations. Good enough for me.

This.

Since people in Sweden are now forced to pay a TV licence for computers and surfpads because they can be used to watch television, it must be TV. Because politicians are always right...
