My Thoughts:
This movie was given to me one year ago this month. After watching this one I must admit that I have mixed feelings. I found it to be an interesting concept, but ay the same time... it wasn't something very entertaining to watch. Because of this I don't think it will have all that much re-watch value. It is a type of movie that while I watched it I wasn't all that impressed with it. But afterwards the more I thought on it the stronger the story is. But even with that said, it isn't a very impressive movie. I found it to be a pretty average psychological thriller... borderline horror movie (the trailer calls it a horror). I could see myself watching this movie again at some time... but not anytime soon... and definitely not that often.

My Thoughts: The actual transfer is dark, be prepared to watch it in a darkened room

As for the movie..
The Good Visually Stunning, Great Fight choreography and effects
The Bad  Weak and disjointed stroy line

I was hoping for better with this movie, though I am not sure why.  It is basically a cut'm up movie with really great visuals, but the visuals do not make up for the story telling.  Spoiler:  (Select to view)
It is based on the premis that the Gods ignored the calls for help, and allowed a wife and child to die, and 1 man is going to extoll vengeance on the gods, and destroy anyone that gets in the way
.  The trailers and the hype were very misleading, as they give the impression that this is a story of the Gods and the Titans and there battle, when in the end there is very little of the hype.

My Thoughts: I was disappointed with this movie.  It had the potential to be so much better, be we are left with a mediocre comedy.  The plot line predictable and the comedy was junenile (maybe that is the way it was intended).  The kids laughed, but only a chuckle from me every once in a while.  To be honest, this goes along with pretty much most of Sandler's other movies.

My Thoughts: The spin off from Shrek, that is nothing like Shrek!!  It doesn't have all the one liners and plays on words that Shrek had, and thakfully so.

A good animated movie of a very cliched action hero (The wrongly accused bad guy trying to get away from his past).  It has just enough humor, to be light hearted, and enough drama to be a very well represented story.  Pixar did a stellar job with the animation, and the BD transfer is excellent.  Kids and adults will like this movie.

My Thoughts:
This is a movie a friend of mine gave me. I believe this is a rather rare... previously unreleased... movie from the '90s. I have heard about this movie for years. The huge majority of what I heard wasn't very good. But of course I always wanted to see for myself. I admit... it leaves quite a bit to be desired. But I did enjoy it for what it is... a fun rarity in film. I don't know how it was in the comics and such... but in this movie it didn't seem Dr. Doom had any kind of special powers. I do know that in the 2005 movie he does...but which is true to the comics... I am not sure. The effects and such shows the low budget of this film... but most of it don't look to bad. I was surprised to see a very young Mercedes McNab (Harmony on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel series) plays the younger version of Sue Storm. Which I would have had no idea of if I didn't spot her name in the credits. But as I said... over all it is a fun film... but definitely nothing to get excited about. And I like having it in my collection for the rarity if nothing else.

My Thoughts:
My daughter Brittany has been bugging me to watch this movie with her since I watched the first part 7 months ago! I don't know what caused me to delay so long... guess more then anything was the length of the movie. But now that I watched it.... I am thrilled that I did. I enjoyed every minute of it! This movie definitely knows how to keep you interested! I was glued to the set from the beginning to the end. I don't know what I was expecting... but the ending I think could have somehow been better. Not that it was a bad ending... I guess I was just expecting a little more. If you never seen this series of movies I highly recommend them. I still need to add part 3 to my collection... which I hope to do before too long.

My Thoughts:
This is a DVD a friend of mine gave me about 6 months ago... but just now getting around to watching it for the first time. It is a pretty good movie. I did enjoy it. The cover art says this movie is "Inspired By True Events"... but half way through this movie all I could think of is this is nothing more then a rip off of Cujo... just set in Africa and it is a couple lions instead of dog. But that changes about half way through as it evolves into more as this one has more of a storyline outside what is going on in the car then Cujo did. And I really liked how this ended. Is this movie really "Inspired By True Events"... I guess if they put it on the case it would have to be to some degree... but who knows how many liberties they took to make this movie. I would have liked to see maybe a short documentary on the true story the movie is inspired by... but unfortunately this disc has no real extras what so ever.

My Thoughts:
This is one that was given to me a couple years ago, but just now got the chance to watch. Unfortunately, I wasn't very impressed. The movie just seemed weird and hard to follow. Maybe if they told a straight story instead of using flashbacks to jump all over the place I would have enjoyed it more. But it has a decent cast... the acting is fine... but I just couldn't keep up with the story. It is obviously one of those movies you have to give all your attention to... but for some reason I found myself drifting in and out of sleep for the most of the movie. I think I will have to give this one another chance one of these days just to see if I can follow it any better.

But now finally, i watched the whole thing, the extras, the blu-ray specials for blu-ray only.. And with me being a huge wrestling fan, and a big fan of Randy.. This is the best wrestling flick i've ever watched in my life! Its great how they made this biopic, to get a look "behind the scenes" how he lives his life, got to where he is today, his struggels, his drug problemes.. How he got trough it all, and to be one of the BIGGEST stars in WWE.. And the matches on this flick is just awesome! One of the best! Even tho, if your not a fan of Randy, i highly reccomand this for ANY wrestling fans out there.. Its truely awesome.. And you will learn so much about Randy that you never thought too..
Next wrestling flick i'll watch is the new "Edge - You Think You Know Me" Blu-ray, when it arrives in the mail! Will write about it, soon as i get it

And its a highly enjoyble documentary. With one of the most talked about matches in the WWE history! And i would reccomand this for all WWE fans out there!

Wow, of all the concerts and livetours ive seen on blu-ray/dvd.. This one is by far the best! The songs, the atmosphere, just want me to be there! But with this HD quality and sound quality.. Its just like your right there, stage side! For every music lover out there, this is a must watch and must have! And the bonus matriale is also very good! Some interviews and some videos.. My Thoughts:
Ah, also a great music BR.. A little different from the others, but very good! Good mix of songs, and some interviews between the songs.. So yeah, really enjoyed it! There is only a few things i wish they could do "better" that is. More bonus feauters (only one is photo gallery) when it is in Blu-Ray, i expect some more then just the regular dvdset and, they could have picked a few more songs on the set.. Other than that.. Real good one! That rock\punk fans out there, should look up! If you havent done it allready! :D
