My Thoughts:
This one, was one of the movies i was looking most forward to watch this year. All the talk about how great it was, how Clooneys performance was legendary. I just have to say (i couldnt keep my expectations down. Again!) I think its a weakness i got . But the story in the movie was real strong, and i liked that a great deal too. And the movie itself was just a masterpiece..WOW.. And i am a very big fan of George Clooney's work.. And man did he deliver! I would say its one of his best performances of all time. I would agree that its legendary.. How i didnt win the Oscar for best lead.. Well, i just have to watch "The Artist" to find out. A strong movie, but a good movie. With a clear message. And there was some fun scenes in it too. This is a movie EVERYONE should watch IMO.

My Thoughts:
Ah, it was many years ago since i last saw this one. And my gf wanted to watch the last one in the order (the number 3) so i thought why not watch this one again, since its so long time ago. And then watch the last. And i really liked it, (didnt rembember so much) But it was good fun, and Martin Lawrence is just a genious when it comes to comedies. I like alot of his stuff when it comes to comedies. And the movie makes me laugh a great bit. All in all a great comedy movie series so far. Hope the number 3 is as funny. I've heard a bit different things about it. So will be interesting to see. I will write a review when we've watched that aswell But so far i like the two first movies. (everyone has prolly seen it. But if not.. Do it )

My Thoughts:
Hm, what to say about this one.. Actually not sure, didnt expect too much either. Since they only can do so much with comedies and this last movie was a bit disappointing to me. The story was a different one, then what we have seen the first two. And it was long between the laughs. I made me laugh now and then, BUT for a comedy. It wasnt that funny unfortunatly. I really hoped it would be. It looked like that they was just in it for the money. But its always fun to see Martin Lawrence do his thing. And it made me laugh now and then, but i think they should have stopped after the Big Mommas house 2.

A different movie, a very different movie. (Wich i like) And Melissa George did a great lead role. Its an very out there movie, very different movie. But an ok movie. I didnt quite understand what the story was behind the movie.. And i dont know if i would watch it again. Even though it was an ok moviel.

My Thoughts:
Well, what to say about this one..First of, i gotta to say i havent read the novel that the movie is based on. So didnt know what to expect. And its based on a true story aswell, something that is a big plus for me. Love true storys.. And it was a good story if you ask me. Kinda liked it, and i am glad to see Johnny Depp as a normal person for once and not in all those weird costumes and make up. And i think he did a good lead in the movie. And the movie was decent too. I liked it I dont know what more to say about it. Both for those who have read the book, or isnt sure if you would like the movie. I would say give it a try not 2 bad hours if you ask me. Well worth it =)
Good mix of both drama and comedy.

Fair enough. I liked it, and for me the trailer said very much about the movie itself. So if you didnt like the trailer, you prolly wont like the movie. Just saying. But for it was fun to see Johnny Depp as "Johnny Depp" with all the costumes and make ups.. I think its my first movie  i've seen with Johnny Depp withouth any costumes or make up on. Was very interested in see how he played a "normal" character for once. And he did the part great imo

My Thoughts:
Well, what can i say about this one? Usually i'm interested in spanish horror movies. I've seen a few, and i actually liked them real good. (REC\REC2) two that was very good. And with the trailer of this one, and what the plot says.. Let me just say cowpie! I havent seen a more boring horror movie in my life i think. It started out real slow. And it was slow the whole movie, nothing much happend. And with the scary parts in the movie.. Wasnt beliveble or scary. And the actor and actress didnt seem interested in doing a good job. Just in it for the money. Very disappointing. For horror lovers.. Stay away from this one, if you ask me!

My Thoughts:
Finally i got this one. Been looking a long time to get it. And finally. I have to say i had big expectations (again) for this one. After all i've heard about it. The trailer, and since the Evil Dead was that good, and this was supposed to be even better. And man i have to say it delivered! I just loved it. And it was cool that one of the characters from the first movie, was in this movie too. And i just have to say i loved the eyeball thing! Hehe. Real good horror movie IMO. Even though its from the 80's. I'm not sure yet if i will get the number 3 yet. But if that is as good as the two first.. I guess i have to. Just hope they dont over do it. (Thats easy to do with horror movies i think.) But the Evil Dead \ Evil Dead II. Just perfect I reccomand those for those who enjoy a good horror movie. And havent seen them yet.

Extras:

My Thoughts:
This was a movie i heard alot about. Alot of really bad things. And the movie critics gave it real bad reviews aswell. But i was a bit curious, since both Nic Kidman and Nic Cage was the leads. And a good friend of mine, saw the movie. And liked it real good. (and we got very simular taste in movies) and i watched the trailer, and really liked what i saw. So i bought it. And finally got around to watch it now. And man, what a movie. Really enjoyed it from start to finish. Its a movie you should keep some attention too, with alot of twists in the movie! Thats one of the reasons it was so good. And the acting was that bad either. So i would reccomand it. For the people who like a good thriller.

My Thoughts:
Well, i dont know how to describe this one. I for one, was looking forward to see Naomi Watts again.
But unfortunatly she didnt have that big of a part. And while looking at the trailer for the movie. It caught my interest. And it didnt disappoint really. Its not any Oscar winning movie, or performance. But i liked it, you had to pay attention trough out the movie. And it was a few BIG twist that i never saw coming anyways. A good thriller that i enjoyed. I'm sure that people wont agree with me. But i really liked it, and i reccomand you to check it out.

My Thoughts:
I watched this yesterday in great anticipation.  It had been a very long time since I had watched it and since I LOVE Peter Sellers and Clouseau .. well you get the point.  But sorry to say that I was disappointed with this movie.  There are some good strong laughs, but over all this movie is just plain lacking.  Maybe it doesn't wear well .. but the gags just seemed too contrived .. they worked too hard to make a laugh.

I had just watched 'The Pink Panther Strikes Again' which i thoroughly enjoyed so maybe that was part of it.

When you compare Peter Sellers performance here with his other Clouseau performances it just doesn't match up.

My Rating:

I would only give this 3of5 stars

Title: Wolf

Michelle Pfeiffer as Laura Alden
James Spader as Stewart Swinton
Kate Nelligan as Charlotte Randall
Richard Jenkins (1947) as Detective Bridger
Christopher Plummer as Raymond Alden

Plot:
Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pfeiffer star in WOLF, a wickedly funny, wildly romantic, white-knuckle thriller. James Spader (sex, lies and videotape), Kate Nelligan (The Prince of Tides), Christopher Plummer (The Sound of Music) and David Hyde Pierce (Frasier, Sleepless in Seattle) co-star in this beastly tale of love and betrayal with equal measures of humor, passion and delicious terror.

Extras:

My Thoughts:
I think this film is great, it is more than a 'Wolfman' story but a complex story of personal interactions.  The performances by Jack Nicholson, James Spader and Michelle Pfeiffer are simply wonderful.  For me, Jack Nicholson gives one of his strongest performances in this movie.  And James Spader is simply wonderful to hate.  His performance here, like in 'The Watcher' is complex and creative.

I highly recommend this movie to everyone who likes these actors and/or genre.

My Rating:
I give this movie a solid 4of5 stars
