| Posted: | | | | I'm frequently getting this. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do because hitting refresh doesn't change anything. Opening it in a new tab or window doesn't help either because I still get the same message. |

If so, then look for those options on the "Online" menu. These are options that update the local database to reflect the latest online database contents.

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, it just means you haven't downloaded any updates to your collection for a while. It's just letting you know there may be new information you haven't downloaded. |
