DVD Profiler won't accept activation key

I recently had to re-install DVD Profiler and when I try to activate it I get "The activation key entered is invalid".
I verified my key on the invelos website but DVD Profiler software in not accepting it.

Did you use cap letters for your first and last name? I think the regisration name and key are both case sensitive.
