bug when refreshing updated profiles

When upgrading to Invelos 3.0 recently I found this a fast and very efficient process. One click on the icon and a rapid scan started immediately. Last few days it seems as if I am getting two attempts despite the greatest care as I have to wait a while and an immobile contacting Invelos site screen appears. As soon as I cancel  this the small update screen appears behind it and works well. Anyone got any ideas?

The site is currently experiencing server issues.  Ken is working on correcting the problem.
