I  just updated to the 3.0 version, from 2.4 , and it did not load my library. The last update all my info was automatic transfered to the newer version, however this time the new 3.0 loaded empty (w/ none of my info.  What do you have to do to transfer all my library to the new version????

Backup your 2.4 database.

Run 3.0 and restore database using your 2.4 backup.  You will have uncoverted UPC/EANs that will be flagged.  Load the flagset which will identify the unconverted UPC/EANs and change the uncoverted UPC/EANs to the correct UPC/EANs.

If you haven't got a registration key for version 3 then when you restore your database, it will ask you when you get to 50 profiles if you want to stop and use the full program or continue and use the restiricted program.
If you run the restore again, check what options pop up, and select the one that restores the full database.

When transfering the database you were given the option of transferring your entire database and having limited functionality or transferring only 50 titles with full funcionality with those titles.  You get what you paid for  .  As it is you can play with the program and decide if you wish to purchase a premium key and have full functionality with your entire database.
