I just installed DVD profiler on another PC and many of the images aren't there to download. Where are they. Even some that I know I contributed and other people contributed and got approved, there is no image that is downloaded. This is pertaining to HD DVD and BD titles. Even stuff that is  year old, Like Terminator 2 and Ultraviolet on BD(Blu-ray Disc) there aren't any images for them. Will I need to scan in a hundred images?

I checked and the images are in the data base - have you tried to refresh the images? Go to "Online " and you will see "Refresh all images". That might work. If not, have you tried to repair the data base? Go to "Start" then "All programs" to "DVD Profiler" then "Database repair utility". I also remember a thread that recommended uploading a blank file before uploading your collection. I hope this helps, if not I'm sure others will be offering their expertice to solve your problem. Good luck!

I've tried updating the images individually and nothing downloads. For the downloads I just installed it so would it be messed up or does it have to do with downloading the collection from online?

I tried repairing the database. Same problem. No images for alot of titles. Defintely nothing downloads for the Blu-ray DIsc versions of Terminator 2 and UltraViolet

I do see the images for the old DVD profiler 2.4.0 but nothing downloads for the newer one version 3.0.3

Hmmm that is weird.  Where are you saying you can not see the image? I just viewed your online collection and the image for Terminator 2 IS there. Give the invelos experts a little more time to respond - there's probably a simple reason this is happening.

I see what it is now. The locks are on the images. When I initially canned in some images they were locked. I don't remember the locks staying there with the old version. I don't have the original scans so I have no need for locks.

How do I remove the Image locks on all my DVDs so I don't have to go to each one individually?

I figured it out in the Utilities menu of the options. The reset all menus option unchecks the locks. I don't why these locks stay there. I guess I'm just used to the old verson,

Crap! I thought it worked but many of my images are still locked. Does anyone know how to globally remove the locks?!

The only way I know to undo locks: Go to "Collection" then press "Flags" then "Unflag All" (there are other options there too).

Top of menu got to Colection -- Flags -- Flag all
Then go Collection -- Flagged -- Edit Locks

What I found out is that a lot of my old images were from when the UPC was without the first and last digit.. I went in and updated a few to the new full length method which I like a lot better and now they downloaded.

All accept one... one seems to be removed from the database... odd...

Not really odd. The Invelos database is not transferred from InterVopcative but has been built from scratch. Apparently no one else who owns that one DVD you refer to has contributed that profile yet.

that isn't actually true. The database was transferred recently and those which were validated as ok were copied.
