| | Posted: | | | | I've exported my database into xml, then rebuilt my laptop. Now I am completely stuck. There is no option to import this xml file. I then tried to access my profiler webpage (http://www.intervocative.com/dvdcollection.aspx/bubblyjane) through the profiler but now it doesn't know my username or password anymore. I have now needed to register again to post this question. Can anybody help me to bring the data back into the profiler on my laptop please? Thanks a lot  Jane |

To get to that you need to re-install the old version and download it from there (using your old name and password). Create a backup and install the new version and import the backup file in 3.0. You can then upload it to the Invelos site. Your new url will be: http://www.invelos.com/dvdcollection.aspx/bubblyjane Unfortunately there's no direct way to import XML but you could open your xml file in Excel to create a list of UPCs/EANs and then use goodguys plugin: Import UPC list if you can't get the old version to download.
