Add a new DVD manually by title and personalize it. Assign another DVD "XYZ" as "box set content". Close the personalization screen but not the "add new DVD" screen. Now add another manual DVD and you can assign the "XYZ" DVD to this box set, too.
While only the first DVD has the + and contains officially the XYZ, the second DVD contains it, too (look in the "box set contents" tab. | | | Karsten

It seems that because it doesn't "save" the first disc's details until you finish the "add DVD" process, the discs chosen to be child profiles aren't removed from the available list for other parent profiles. |
