| | Posted: | | | | I have version 2.1.0 My computer crashed and lost activation key. I have however a backup, but cannot reinstall by version because I misplaced my activation key. And cannot seem to get help from the company. Does anybody know how te get a hold of technical support without having to purchase again???? Any help will be much appreciated..

You can then come back here and change it for a version 3 key (as long as your old key was a premium key, if it was a free key you can use version 3 with no key with limitations).
If you can't remember your login details, then send a private message to either Ken or Gerri Cole with as much info as you can about the original purchase and I'm sure they'll help you as best they can. |
