"Refresh all images" error

I've done everything I can to update profiles I had in my system to the new software (3.0).  When I attempt to refresh all images, I still get a handful of "error" x's.  The screen scrolls by too fast for me to take note of the titles.  My UPC codes are updated.  Any way I can check the profiles to ascertain whether the image is in the Invelos database without having to go through each one via the "Add to Collection" process?  Thanks!

I have a similar problem.
After downloading my online profile several pictures had not been downloaded. Trying to download them manually gives an error message saying that the file cannot be accessed. Even a databaserepair did not work. After deleting the messed up profiles I could not even reenter them to my collection.
Can anyone help us? PLEASE!
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

If so, than what has happened is probably caused by the fact that some of the entries in your local database were not in the central Invelos database. When you create an on-line collection, your local data are being uploaded, however the pictures are coming from what's already in the central database. As a result, if you upload a profile to your on-line collection that's not in the central database, in your on-line collection there will not be a picture - and therefore no picture can be downloaded from that collection.

There's no point in trying to download manually, as they're not part of the Invelos database. They would have to be contributed (by you or someone else) first.

The errors you're getting might be the result of the same phenomenon: your local profiles not being part of the central Invelos database.
I'm not sure what you mean by "My UPC codes are updated". Is what you're describing happening during an upgrade from DVD Profiler 2.4 or 2.5 to 3.0.3? Because it is true that version 3.0.x uses different UPC codes than 2.4/2.5 used to do (more details are here.
I'm not aware of any way to check your profiles more quickly, sorry!

I do humbly apologize for not being very clear...first post and all.  I would probably make more sense if I knew when to apply which version numbers to which product!  First, I went through and manually updated all "incomplete" UPC's from the last Intervocative incarnation of DVD Profiler.  After submitting all of those, I assumed that when I hit "Refresh All Images", my Error statements would clear up, but there were still some left.  I also assumed that all UPC Codes that were updated to a complete number in the Invelos version rollout would be in the database, but now I know I was living a horrible lie!    I added all those profiles to the database and have cleared up that issue.  As dee1959jay said, I was looking for an easy way to determine which profiles were causing the error messages (which is difficult when the updating images list rolls by so fast), and now I'm aware that there is no easy way.  I went through every profile to determine whether or not it existed in the database.  Now you know, and knowing is half the battle!  Thanks for the response!

Ooops,
problem recognized, some of my online profiles obviously still had the old version 2.x UPC's.
After correcting this the problem disappeared.

Sorry for the fuzz I started.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
