I have version 3.0 and I have an online account. I log in and it says "Your collection has not yet been uploaded."  I go into the program and choose Online -> DVDProfiler Online and then enter my password. It says that is was uploaded but when I go online it says otherwise???

Do you have more than 50 titles in your collection? If you have, the online collection will remain empty because you use the free version. If you pay for the program, it will work

Since I don't see the premium member Icon next to your user name so I can assume that you are using the limited free version. Your My Profiler online is limited to 50 titles for non-premium users. If your collection is over 50 titles and you are attempting to upload it, it will fail.

I just took a quick peak and his online shows zero titles..,

So back to this concern:

I'd say  Backup your data onto a HDdrive  as a saved .dpb, then dump your program by uninstalling.,
then do a scan disk and maybe a defrag if needed to yor C Drive.,

Then reboot,, and then download and install the ' free version'  then try and upload your max 50 titles.

If all this works for you,,  no need for thanks  but do consider buying the program and putting all your titles up and in HI Res  with no overhead advertising ..

8Ball has already answered this.

if you have the free version and more than 50 dvds in your collection then nothing is uploaded. (You do NOT get 50 dvds loaded)
