standard registration don't use a key... you just use the standard version as is. Standard Registration is limited to 50 titles... from there you can decide if you want to get the Unlimited registration key.

I've never seen that message before - you're not running the old version 2.4 are you?
From version 3 onwards you no longer need a key to use the program with some limitations.

Download the program and get to work on it Admiral. After a bit then you can decide to buy it.
