Upgrading a registration/contacting invelos

I have been trying unsucessfully to upgrade from DVD Profiler 2.4. The 'get new registration' screen does not recognize me and/or my previous registration key. I cannot find a link to directly contact invelos to resolve this problem. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Did you have a paid for registration with 2.4/5? In which case you need to generate a new v3 key.

If you had a free registration with 2.4 then you don't need a new registration code to use v3. You can download and use the program as is.

Yes I do have a premium registration from the previous company. However, when I try to use it to generate a new key, it is not recognized. I have paid for the product once and according to their web site this entitles me to a lifetime of free upgrades. How can I contact invelos to rectify this problem?

To Skipnet50 - Yes. Unfortunately it does not work. That is the crux of the problem. Invelos does not recognize my previous premium key. I still would like to know how to contact Invelos. Thanks!
