For some reason I get the "Image Not Available" cover for some movies that I know the cover is available for, such as Spider-Man 2.  When I try to refresh the cover images it still doesn't show the covers.  Also, it shows no Contributors.

Sorry, forgot to add that sometimes I get "unable to download file.  Continue anyway?"  And, before anyone asks, my internet connection is fine because it only happens with the movies I'm having trouble with.

the UPC you list doesn't appear to be a valid UPC. All of the Spider-man 2 profiles (R1 - USA) start with 043396. The one in your online collection starts with 43396.

Could it be that you entered in the 2.4 version UPC format (drops leading and trailing digit) and not the 3.0 format (all digits included)?

That must be it. I took it out and put it back in using the UPC.  I'm surprised it let me enter the UPC wrong and still found the right movie with no cover.  Weird.
Well thanks.
