| | Posted: | | | | I created an online database a while ago and bacause of computer problems I haven't been able to update it. I went today and downloaded the newest version of profiler. I t ried to download my current database and it tells me my password is incorrect. I went to your site and signed in with my key and it tells me I don't have a collection. I can view to collection online but cant seem to download it to the program.

I need to know how to download it. It says my password is incorrect and i dont remeber which email i registered with. All the ones I enter it tells my it will send a link, but I havent received one yet. 1800 movies I would hate to start this over. |

| | Posted: | | | | Go to www.intervocative.com and download the old version (v 2.40) from that site. Use that version to download your database.
The new version checks the database here at www.invelos.com. These are two different sites (and companies, but with the same programmer) | | |
