I have a big problem with dvdprofiler.

My computer crashed, and now I can't remember what email address I registered under, neither do I remember the username and password.

I remembere that the username for the complete collection online is "lars" but that is the only thing.

What should I do?

Send a PM to Ken or Geri, with as much detail as you can remember including all the possible email addresses you may have used. Hopefully they can figure it out.
