I have been running for a while, and things were fine.  I had to rebuild my computer.  After reinstalling DVD profiler, the old data was there, with the high quality images.  New DVDs are getting low quality images, even though high quality is selected.  Any ideas what is going on?

Just a thought - have you entered your registration key?
The unregistred version doesnt allow for high resolution images.

Go to Tools-Options-Display and select High Quality Images. The go to Online-Refresh All Images.

I double checked, and I have high quality listed for images.  I tried refreshing images, but it didn't help.  In fact, it downloaded some new low res images for me.

It is acting like it isn't registered, but I have entered a key.  Other than the low res images, is their any other way to tell if it took when I entered my registration key?

Movies include
the Whole Nine Yards
The Rock
Resevour Dogs
Wild Hogs

and some others.

I can run reports.  I remember that being diabled with out registering.

Our fearless leader suggested the following here:

Make sure there are no spaces before or after your names in the registration information window.

Edit: You can also download the 3.1.1 beta which will automatically remove the extra spaces if that's the problem.

That did it!  I had a space after my first name.

Thanks

After updating to version 3.1.0 I have only low-res-pictures. The setting is on high-res, refreshing does not work.

I would appreciate any helpful advice.

Have you followed the tip above about ensuring there are no spaces after your registration name?

Thank you very much, looks like I had a blank behind my first name. After removing that and restarting the profiler, everything seems to work correctly.
