How do I buy a registration key?

Every time I try and pay for a registration key I end up on a PayPal error page!

If you are using the IE of Microsoft you should enable Cookies and Referrers and temporarily allow ActiveX. That should help.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
