| | Posted: | | | | I recently had to format my hard drive. When I try and restore my database profiler is looking for a
.dpd file not a .dps file which is what it saved it as the last time I backed it up.
Even when I tried to download it from this site it won't allow me to select this option (greyed out) I can only upload too the site?
Not sure what to do at this point. Any ideas, did they change their file format or something?
I hope someone can help. I did a search but nothing came back on this issue.

Not sure why you can't synchronize you online collection with your local. Looks like you have a couple hundred DVDs in your online collection now. Are you going to:
Online > DVD Profiler Online > [log in] > Download?

| | Posted: | | | | Well this strange indeed. When I tried to select the backed up file from my USB stick it wouldn't allow me to select it. Actually it didn't even show up. It wanted thedpd and I had dps
Then later on when I inserted the stick and then opened the program it found the file and restored the data??
I don't know what to say.
Thanks for the help guys. I've used this program for 5 years or so and it's always worked well.
I'm just glad I didn't have to re-enter everything. That would be a pain.
