Premium Registration problem

I have paid by Paypal for a Premium Registration but not received a key, is this new key emailed to me?

Hi abruce! Congrats! on an absolutely fabulous buy

You should receive your key once the payment is processed by Paypal (which sometimes can take a couple of days) depending on your paypal account setup.

You can also PM Ken/Gerri with your payment details.

it can actually take up to 4 days before paypal will pass on the information to Invelos.

If there is still no email after a few days you can see if you've been issued a key by clicking on "Registration" above. You can also copy & paste it into your program from there too.
If there's no key obviously you'll have to start chasing Paypal or Ken & Gerri to see where the hiccup is.

Did you pay by eCheck?  Those will take several days to clear - just like a real check.

Hi there,

I have a question as well. I read this guy's problem and I have the same problem. I bought a code using Paypal. I got a confirmation that everything was right from paypal and my bank gave me a message to that the money is gone. But I just don't get a mail or a message of some kind telling me what my code is. What should I do?

Hi all....well I just upgraded to premium via Paypal and after completing transaction  I went back to Invelos to be told there was a problem because I cancelled the process.
Is this the same that happened to you guys?
I will wait a few days and see what happens :-)

Does the Paypal site show the transaction as successful?
If so, I'd contact Ken or Gerri with as much info as you can to see what happened.
