Hi there everyone,

Having bought the full version last night I was messing around with the great new options I now have but there was one thing that didn't seem to work. When you click on an actor/actresses name, it brings up what other DVD's in your collection they appear in with an option of dragging and dropping an image in there but this doesn't seem to work. Anyone got any ideas as to why?

You're not using *.jpg files?

BTW double clicking on the empty image box starts a google search.

I was using jpg files, but I'll try the double click method and see if that works. Cheers!

I've noticed that sometimes the drag & drop won't work - but haven't been able to find a pattern to it. I think as Martin suggested it may have more to do with file type - I'd have to do some testing but maybe the drag & drop doesn't work with .jpeg, only .jpg? Or maybe it's a compression type that Profile doesn't recognise?
Either way, copy & paste should still work no problems with those images.

Same Here (copy & paste) doesn't matter on the file format either so I have found so far (jpg, bmp, gif, png)

Dragging and dropping does not work for gifs, possibly others.
