| | Posted: | | | | I have Version 3.0 and I am unable to add any new DVD's to my collection as the following message appears:
" This file format is a later version that this program's version. The new format is incompatible with this version. To process the file, obtain a newer copy of DVD profiler"
Then when I press OK I get the following error message:
"An error has occured processing this file"
What is going on? Why can't I use Version 3? |

If its a piece of crap, you are free to use any other software, nobodys holding a gun to your head. After that close DVD Profiler and install the new version. |

I sincerely apologise for my attitude on this forum today - it was uncalled for. I was having a very bad day and my frustration came out.
Once again thanks. I have managed to extract and now have Version 3.1 set up and it is working perfectly.
