Crash under Vista |

| | Posted: | | | | I just installed the program under Vista for the first time. I entered my registration data and then the program crashed. I renamed the data directory in Documents but it still crashes everytime I try to start the software. Can you please help? I have been using the software for many years now and can't miss it. |

For your information: I can run and use DVDprofiler 2.5 (Build 915) successfully. However, this displays an error, too, when I quit it (Access violation at address 000000000). | | | | Last edited: by dirk |

This was always the case and a known incompatibility as 2.x was never designed to work with Vista. Hi, do you use a software to customize vista desktop like WindowsBlind? If yes, maybe try to desactivate it for DVD Profiler and try to start it again to see if it works or not? | | | Regards
