I recently upgraded my computer (new CPU, motherboard, drive) and now I can't access my premium account. To make matters worse, Invelos has no -- ABSOLUTELY NO -- customer support. No email; no contact information. Nothing where I can go to get information to rectify this situation. I am truly sorry I even purchased their software in the first place. I feel like they robbed me of my money, since now the application is useless on my machine.

Last time I'll ever buy from them!

Invelos have the best customer support of any company I know; direct comms with the head of the company who replies personally... and considering if you looked around you'll find all the answers pinned showing you that you can upgrade to 3.x for FREE it's not Invelos' fault if you can't be arsed to look.

While it is obviously peoples own responsibility to keep track of the username and password, a bit more information on what to do when it is lost might not hurt anyone. Yes, we all know it only takes a forum post to get the information needed to contact Ken & Gerri, but why not simply put the PM information directly on the support page?

I have never understand why someone who buy a product who need a registerred number doesn't keep it? I make a print copy of all my registration code and I do the same with all my username and password. It's not so hard to do

And I don't need to whine all over the WWW

That's right  copy all the info and then email it to yourself @gmail  and it will be there forever...

Or, if you've gone this far, publish them on your HP. You will always find them on Google.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I believe he meant Home Page
With every passing hour our solar system comes forty-three thousand miles closer to globular cluster M13 in the constellation Hercules, and still there are some misfits who continue to insist that there is no such thing as progress.
