| | Posted: | | | | I installed the new program 3.1.1.1 and now when I try to add new dvd's it goes to update profiles and it will not connect to the site. "Socket Error #10061 Connection Refused". I've never had this problem before the update. I am a regestered user. |

| | Posted: | | | | I got it working by disabaling Zone Alarm firewall. (I have a hardwarefirewall also). My question is: Why did version 3.0 work just fine and 3.1 have a problem with Zone Alarm? It should not have made a difference. |

| | Posted: | | | | Make sure ZoneAlarm is allowing the program through. Anytime I upgrade a program on my computer, I am prompted by ZoneAlarm to give it permission to access the internet. |

Make sure you give the new version permission to access the internet too. |
