I'm running 3.1 with around 500 dvd loveing the program. I've started a new DB for adult films about 25 can I put them in the wish list of my main DB without re typeing the 25 films

Yes,

Put them in your wish list on the new DB and then save a backup.

Now, from your original database, Restore the backup, but select Restore Specific Profiles, and then select all.

but how do I get them in the wish list without re-typeing them all

Select the profile that you want to deplace to your wishlist and after deplace them using : Collection/Flagged/move to.
