I did a search and couldn't find any other reports of a similar issue. I have discovered that if I add a new UPC manually because it isn't in the database for example the australian version of top gun on hd-dvd and choose personalise know to switch the tick box to hd-dvd, then add dvds that are in the database in this case it was Deadwood season 2 and 3, it doesn't download the info or picture for the deadwood dvds I have to select the profile and tell the program to refresh both profile and picture.

When I run refresh updated profiles from Invelos it doesn't pick up that the data is missing, has anyone else noticed this?
