When trying to sync my profiles from the website or adding new dvds I get an error on just about every record for either profile or images.

I'm running 3.1.1 Build 1171
Any ideas please?

Sounds like a connection issue. Do you have Zone Alarm running or perhaps AnyDVD?

Nope, just the window one care.  That's the only firewall I have set up, but it used to work fine under that previous versions.

That may be it though; try changing to "use alternative connection method" under Tools->Options->Online

Alternatively/also check if you can add DVDP manually to the firewall permissions.

Thanks for all the suggestions, it turned out to be a corruption in the collection db from the upgrade I guess.  I did a full repair on the collection and then retried and it worked fine.
