HELP! This problem is so strange. When I launch DVD Profiler, the little startup box appears, then the program appears in my program bar at the bottom of my screen. However, when I click on it, I cannot VIEW the window. I am not having this problem with any other programs, only DVD Profiler. I was running version 3.0-something, and I just installed version 3.1.1 on top of it, but it didn't solve the problem.  I want to uninstall and reinstall, but I don't want to lose any updates to my database.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?

By the way, I use the purchased version.

This is a problem that quite a few people have reported on.
It seems to happen when the computer crashes when Profiler is minimised.
There's a post somewhere from Ken (the programmer) asking for more info about this problem - I'll see if I can track it down and I'll post back.
There's also a fix, so don't worry - you'll get it back!

Found it - if you go to this thread and see if you can give Ken the info he requires I'm sure he'll be very grateful.
I still haven't found the fix yet, but it's on here somewhere!

me again, I think I've found the fix - try holding down CTRL when starting the program. This gets the program to display in it's default settings so hopefully will fix the problem.
But please try and help Ken first before you do.

Thank you very much. I have replied to Ken in the sticky thread. Sorry I didn't see it before!
