If I understand you correctly there are two ways to do that:

First:
Upload your collection from one PC and download it to the other.
Use the Online->My Profiler Online ->Upload/Download.

Second (and more advised):
Use the backup/restore mechanism from the File menu to backup your collection onto a portable drive (e.g. a USB stick) and restore it on the second PC.

If I didn't understand you, please rephrase your question in proper english or maybe in your native tongue.

Mostly repeating what DJ said but:

1) Which version are you using in both locations; if you are using the old 2.4 in one place and 3.x in another the answer gets more complicated.

2) Note that as a non-registered user of 3.0 you cannot have more than 50 titles in your online collection so you won't be able to upload from your main if you have >50.

3) You shouldn't use upload/download to transfer but the proper backup facility instead (File->Backup database and File->Restore database) because the uploaded collection does not store all info and is meant as an emergency only for this purpose.

Assuming both using 3.x backup without images, email yourself the file, restore it and then do an Online->Refresh all images.
If you have a USB stick, as DJ says, do a full backup with images and then put it on the stick to transfer.

HTH; if you have any questions about this please ask.
