I've been kind of going around in circles for an hour now.  Had a computer meltdown and needed to reinstall my DVD-Profiler.  I down-loaded version 3. Then attempted to use my key and it keeps telling me it's not good.

I logged onto my account on this web site, where I saw my "premium" key as a valid paid for account.  But the key there is the same one I HAVE and it doesn't work.

It's been some time since I have been able to get to restoring it, and I wonder if maybe my key needs to be upgraded?  I've tried to follow instructions to "update" my key with no success.  The links do not match the knowledge base info on how to update my key.

At present, I'm totally lost.  <grin>

Also make sure there are no trailing or leading spaces. It is easy to accidentally copy extra whitespace if you are copy/pasting from the registration webpage.

I am getting the same thing.  It is very very frustrating and I am getting no response from my emails to customer service.  I am a long time PAID member and I want what I paid for.  They made me go to the latest version to get new movie updates....fine....just make it work.  I do not understand why we'd even have to re enter the key.    Somebofy help please because I am getting nowhere.  When I try to enter my key a dash pops up after the 5th, 10th and 14th character....it SHOULD be the 15th.  I got no way around it either.

No, 14th is right.
The registration key goes 5 characters - 5 characters - 4 characters - 4 characters

The new key is needed because this is a new company running the program, and for a while both existed so they couldn't use the old keys.

Hi, yeah thanx.  I just came back to post that I figured it out.  Amazing what you can do when you actually have some time.  Anyway, I found that if you go to www.invelos.com and select 'registration', you'll see on the left-hand side that you can select "update key', then after you sign on, you can enter the old key and the screen will change to give you a new key, and yepper, the new one is 5-5-4-4.  (I apparently missed it when I was there before).  Carry on folks.  Nice new HD graphics!

I still wish customer support hadn't ignored my pleas...oh well.

If you were at the old site, it's possible that those customer support emails are no longer picked up. But glad to hear you're up and running!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
