Hey,

first, im german, sorry for my bad english =)

eehm, my problem, ive lost my last hdd, now i reinstalled the DVD Profiler 3.1 on my new HDD...but i cant synchro ist with my online Collection. My Backup doesnt work too =(

It says that my version is to old =(...but on the site is no other version of DVD Profiler.

The next problem, its not that terrible, but www.invelos.com doesnt work =( i cant see any collections or something else, but this is not such a big problem, i use the way over ip =)

But i need help for my collection, pls =(

It sounds like you've been using the old version of DVD Profiler, 2.4. In order to get your collection back you need to download 2.4 from this site (at the bottom it shows the old versions). Install that, download your online collection (assuming you had uploaded it in the past).
You can then export it from 2.4 and restore into 3.1, this should give you your collection back.
Hope this helps.

As for your other problem i'm not sure what is causing that, but it could be linked to the fact that Ken changed something a day or two ago which stopped the site working for a few hours. If you reboot your pc (as Ken has suggested ) hopefully you'll be able to access the site
