I don't know how to order my collection from the movies I have given the lowest scores to, to the highest scores....

In fact, I'm not sure how to use filters at all, I can't find a filter option anywhere...

You can go to the tab "Filter" on the bottom of the collection list (depending on your layout). There you can select the tab "Personal", located above of the list (use arrows right/left to the appropriate section). Here you can filter various items.
You can set tags/filter as well by using the tab "Set Tags".

You can filter your collection on the "score" you've given it by selecting personal tab of the filters section.  The section titled "Review" is the section you would want.

But what I think what you are asking is how to to sort your list by the review. Click on the little arrow at the top of the collection list and select Review then ascending or descending whichever you prefer. Here's a picture:

Hope this helps.

Found it!

I had to go to View - Window - Filters to put it on, then I managed to make it appear at the bottom next to 'Collection List'

Thanks guys.

hehe - we must have been typing at the same time.
