Hi guys

Upgraded to the new 3.0 - very nice.  I particularly like the higher rez cover shots.

I am having trouble changing the fonts on the reports I downloaded from the website.  I click on a report element and then click on the font attribute.  This brings up a little box with three dots in it (...).  When I click on this 3 dot box nothing happens.  This is also the case with the color attribute -- a little box that does not respond to my clicks.

Please advise

Welcome to the forum!

The ... should bring up a font or color selection pop-up window. You might check to see if you have your registration key entered correctly in the program, the unregistered version has limitations and that could possibly be affecting you. If everything is correct and you still can not edit the font, you might try reinstalling the program.

I looked at your online collection and it appears to be empty, another indication that possibly your program doesn't know you've paid. If you have over 50 profiles, you can't upload them unless you have your key entered into profiler.

I don't recall anyone else ever posting this particular problem, so hopefully it is simply a key entry issue, it does work fine on my machine. Someone else with more knowledge might pop in here with something else I've missed.

If all else fails, open a support ticket from the Support link at the top of any forum page.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I figured out what the problem was/is.  I use my mouse set up left-handed (primary buttons reversed).  When I do this the ... buttons don't work, but all the other buttons are fine.

When I switch the mouse back to a "normal" right handed configuration (control panel/mouse) then the ... buttons work fine.  Must be a quirk in the way the buttons are coded.  Never seen this before and I've been using computers left handed for a long time.

I will try to alert the support folks since this is probably something that is easy to fix.
