| | Posted: | | | | You only see the check box if you are supplying a NEW BY not recognised by Invelos. So if you are supplying an update to a profile with say Harrison Ford (1942) as opposed to Harrison Ford (1882) you won't see the check box, already documented.
But if you tried say Mark Hamill (BY) you would see the check box and have to supply documentation to justify the inclusion.
Hope this clears it up a bit?
