Can not help here ... but have you ever thought about sorting by title? Makes it a whole lot easier finding a movie then having to look through until you happen across it.

To be honest ... I started looking but gave up after seeing all the title just in there in no particular order. I realize they are numerically in order ... but title puts them alphabetical.

Just a thought.

Good luck getting your answer.

@ Guppy: have you tried to remove the movie from your collection and then add it again?
I downloaded it fine, with covers.

@ mwkirchner: you can sort on-line collections by title, clicking on "title" at the top of the list

Or use CTRL F to bring up the find dialog and type the title.

Downloads and shows up fine for me. I'd suggest:

Repair database under Tools > Options > Utilities

If that doesn't fix it then try removing it, repairing and adding it again.

Check the UPC, probably it has only 9 digits. Reenter the UPC by Menu "DVD -> Change UPC" and refresh profile.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
