There is an option in the menu to refresh all images! I havn't a profiler here on my workplace, but maybe you can find this option! Using this feature, the high-res covers will be downloaded from the main database to your local profiler. Those will replace the existing (low res) covers! If there are some covers which shall not be overwritten, you have to lock those first (right click on the title/lock...)!

The most obvious reason is that you only have a limited registration (the unlimited sign next to your name is missing).
So if you bought this program you'll have to login again and make sure to use the name for which the license is registered. If you haven't bought the program yet, this is one of the limitations you'll have to deal with, another restriction is that your online collection and your possibility to download new profiles is limited to 50 DVD's
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Strange, You did not lock the profiles (e.g. the covers)? It could be possible that there are some profiles in the database which contain poor scan quality.

Edit:
You should have this eye symbol beside your username if you have the unlimited version of the profiler.

And this will remain that way. Please notice my post above.

Could it be that processing of your payment is delayed due to the holiday season? At present, the Invelos logo is missing next to your user name, which indicates that no unlimited license is associated with that user name yet.

You might contact Invelos to verify.

Good luck!

As others have said, you do not seem to have a paid registration in use. If you have purchased a registration key, you will need to enter it under Tools ->Registration in Profiler. You will then be able to change the images to High Res.

If you're entering a key received from our site, please pm me the details.  If it was created by a key generator, please note that none of them generate valid keys.  The program accepts them but it knows they're invalid.  Many generators also contain trojans, some of which are not caught by virus scanners.

Well, I have the necessity to give the following notice (this is not due to any person posting in this forum, it's only a general remark)!

1. If you own more than 50 DVD's and assuming that you paid about 15$ each in average, would mean in TTL. 765$ for 51 DVD's

2. The profiler premium registration costs you 29,95 $. This is about 3,92% of your collection value. Someday you may have 1.000 DVD's. Then the registration fee is about 0,20% (=peanuts)

3. paying the registration fee gives you the comforting feeling to do the right thing.

4. Last but not least: even programmers have to eat and drink, and without getting paid for hard work, no  enhancements to the programme will follow. Do you have a simple idea of what M$ would charge for this kind of programme?

The result:

Paying the registration fee for the DVD Profiler is worth every cent!

q.e.d.
