I have the new Collectors addition of the Blu-Ray Bladerunner Collection. Profiler advises "Bladerunner exists" but my old Bladerunner has been deleted. I can't get the program to accept the new version. (I ran the clean database utility but no help) Any help  would be appreciated

what is the UPC of the title you are trying to add? Have you added this title before? If not, what version was your old copy of Bladerunner?

you don't have the bluray version in your wishlist or anything? Maybe it just needs moving rather than re-adding?

If I try to add a UPC that is in my wishlist, it automatically brings up the personalize dialog (even if unchecked) and moves it to my owned list bypassing the add queue.

Blu-Ray UPC is 085391185741. I've never added to the wish list. The old issue, which I deleted was #085391268222. When attempting to add the new one, I get- already in database--, but a title search gives nothing. I'm holding back the option of using the backup to over write the database.

Thanks for the interest so far.

Are you able to add the old 085391268222 version back in without a problem?  Did you have any children profiles in the original 085391268222 version?  If you did, maybe try re-adding it, see if children pop back into it, then be sure to delete the children first, then delete the parent.

Yes, I was allowed to replace the old (Director's Cut) back with no problem. I then attempted the Blu-Ray and again got the error message "Bladerunner is already part of your . " (Actual quote including the "." )

Only other thing I can think to check would be to select from the top menu Collection -> Clear All Filters.  Perhaps you have a filter set that is hiding blu-ray movies and you really have already added it?

You might try running a Database Repair after you delete the old Bladerunner, and then try adding your new one. Maybe that will fix it.
