I'm trying to add UPC 5412370881007. This title is found in the database, added in "Pending Additions"',but when I click on "Add Now to Owned", I get an error message "Unable to download file".
Where is the problem ?
What can I do ?

| | Posted: | | | | I have the same problem, so it's not something wrong with your database. To me it looks like the profile is empty in the main database. I added it as a manual profile and tried to contribute it. The comparison screen didn't show. That would indicate that there are no changes and since my comtribution was empty, the online should be empty too.
The only thing I can think of is to add it manually (or download it from another locality) and update the fields needed and contribute it. | | |

| | Posted: | | | | The EAN comes up as unknown for me, even searching for the title under all localities, no region etc... etc... doesn't show this title with an EAN that starts with 5.

However, you also get an error downloading both matches by title as you would via UPC. |

| | Posted: | | | | @ Doc: Thanks found it, didn't think of the country.  @dvdpro: Try to download UPC 3384442089289 (Locality France), the UPC you are using is only listed as a Swiss profile (Probably German overview, but I'm not sure of that) and seems to be corrupted. Make the needed changes and recontribute the profile with the UPC 5412370881007. That should fix it. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
